In Idaho, Washington and California only a Blood Borne certification is required to tattoo faces. Zero training in the procedures is required!!! Continued education has been a primary focus for Karly and she has over 80 certifications from all over the world. She had also been asked to teach/speak as far away as Antalya, Turkey. She was honored to be the first and only American out of 18 speakers from the world. That is not said to impress you but to impress upon you that your face is safe with her and she will treat it as her own.
